Baja Citris Chicken w/Parmesan Risotto

This is a great recipe....your roomate, girlfriend or life partner will think you went to chef school. So make sure you throw away the convicting evidence after you are done cooking.

Once again, steal 3 or 4 pieces of chicken from roommate or your mom and marinade chicken (overnite is best) in 1 pac of McCormick Grill Mates Baja Citris Marinade. Grill or oven broil. You'll need a little oil and vineger for the marinade.
One box of Chef's Originals Parmesan Risotto (from your grocery store) follow instructions, you'll need a little butter for this too.
and of course a don't forget the frosty cold beverage.

This is yummy for the tummy and doesn't cost much. Enjoy and please post your feedback.

Chumbucket users have repeatedly requested that Youchum research & development scientists come up with a lid for the chumbucket..... making eating on the go easier and keeping your goodies fresh longer. Well the COG's (corporate old guys) finally listened and what you see here is a sneek preview of the first lid in the test laboratory. Some have said it looks like a garbage lid. Hey! Maybe you are eating garbage?? A anonomous source is quoted as saying "real soon" as to the lids availability. Wow...just think....no more spilled spaghetti on the floor of your car cuz of texting while driving and grandma is standing in the middle of the street.

The babes seem to follow Ralph everywhere he goes. It's gotta be his rock hard abs or his colossal biceps. Or maybe it's cuz he handles his food so well. Mac & cheese, salad or a friggin' huge bowl of ice cream. Whatever the reason, Ralph seems to get the attention from the babes. Hope his girlfriend doesn't see this picture.

Things are looking up for Ralph. His second date went pretty swingin! If a girl is willing to share a diet coke, well then....she may even kiss him on the third date. Stay tuned.

Ralph is pretty good at feeding people (all chumbuckets are as you can imagine). But Ralph isn't too bad at drinking with the ladies either. Way to go Ralph.

When you are a chumbucket, you don't have much free time. You're always feeding people. You spend alot of time close to mouths, which can be good if she is hott or bad if he's not. Ralph recently went clubbing with friends and met Carrie and it was love at first site. This is a picture of their first date. We don't really know how he did it cuz it's kinda hard to swing with no legs. Carrie digs him though....must be his six pack!

When we met Ralph, all he would say is "chicks dig me" over and over again. A true ladies man in his own mind. Introducing Ralph Chumbucket, an intriguing hybrid combo of man and chumbucket (just think about the possibilities!!) We are not sure how he came to be but suffice to say that he's HAWT andme quite the eligible bachelor. Rumor has it that he recently met a super hottie and that he will be introducing her soon. Don't leave us dangling Ralph.

A dogs best friend?

Scot from Cailfornia (nicknamed Scrotus)sent this photo in of his dog "using" his chumbucket in ways not originally intended by the designers at youchum. Despite the chumbucket being made out of FDA food grade plastic here in the good old USA, it did not fair too well against the tooth and jaw of a household puppy! We respect a dog who loves his chumbucket and needless to say we felt sorry for Scot too, who couldn't really use his bucket any more. We sent him a new one, no charge of course. Next time give the dog a bone. ;)
